I’m going to assume that’s wrong and tell you to definitely put it on your radar if you don’t already know about Decorator’s White! There are very few surprises as the most popular whites on this list, but I have to say that Benjamin Moore didn’t make the decorator’s white list! This must be a mistake, because decorator’s white is probably one of the most popular paint colors on the planet. If you want to see more spaces in this versatile and beautiful color, I highlighted Wedgwood Gray in Color Spotlight a few months ago. It is one of the most popular and beautiful greens out there! On a side note, I was shocked to see that Benjamin Moore Wedgwood Grey, which has been on the list for years, is not listed. I think we’ll move to more muted greens, like a softer sage, but still with blue/grey undertones. One of my favorite colors!īenjamin Moore Wyeth Blue is another green/blue/grey color that has been very popular for as long as I’ve been blogging! Another great color.Ĭoincidentally, I noticed that green is the big predicted color trend for 2018 in paint manufacturers’ 2018 paint color predictions. I would guess that Woodlawn Blue (which Benjamin Moore classifies as a green) is Benjamin Moore’s most popular green, as I see it used frequently among designers, builders, and homeowners. Along with white and grey, these gorgeous shades of green/blue/grey are the biggest color trends right now. Most of Benjamin Moore’s popular greens are actually green/blue/grey, which didn’t surprise me. Gray Owl is probably the most popular warm gray for Benjamin Moore. In fact, I highlighted Edgecombe Gray in last year’s Color Spotlight and shared several spaces painted in this versatile color. These are two stellar warm gray shades that have been best sellers for years because they are so beautiful and reliable.Įdgecombe Gray is a very light warm gray that I love and use a lot. It is not surprising to see the Gray Owl and Edgecombe Gray on this list. However, it has a subtle gray color and can be very cool in certain lighting conditions. Stonington is a deeper (more pigmented) warmer gray than Gray Owl. Stonington has become very popular over the years, but this is the first time I’ve seen it on the bestseller list. I personally love it, but keep in mind that this house is flooded with natural light! Collingwood is a new color for me, but I fell in love with the color a few months ago when I visited this modern French home during the Salt Lake City Parade of Homes.Ĭollingwood is slightly warmer than traditional balanced warm ash. ![]() I was not surprised to see the shades of gray on Benjamin Moore’s best seller list as they are the best and trusted shades of Benjamin Moore Grey. Hell Navy is the perfect dark navy and a favorite among designers, builders and homeowners because it always looks great! Nothing even comes close to comparing to Hell Navy in my opinion. I would venture to guess that Hell Navy is the most popular Benjamin Moore Blue. Van Cortlandt Blue has been a popular blue for years and I especially love it on the cabinets! In fact, Stephanie Gamble Interiors recently painted these laundry cabinets Van Cortlandt Blue, a gorgeous color in this space. We used Smoke for a recent client project in a kid’s room and it was great. Smoke and Hell Navy are two star colors that have been on the best seller list for years because these colors are simply stunning and look consistently good in different lighting conditions.īenjamin Moore Smoke is a very airy spacey pale blue.
